Melton Murry Parker (1910-1977) was a storekeeper on board USS ARIZONA from the mid-1930's until 1939 when he was transferred. From 1936-1938 he was active in producing the cachets of USS ARIZONA, often adding color by hand to printed images. Parker was a member of ANCS, but not the USCS. During the war he became a warrant officer (pay clerk), and retired from the US Navy in 1954.
