Presidential Cruise |
Cachet is thermographed. Center symbol is the U.S. Navy emblem with the words "Second To None" added. There are two cachets on this cover: the Presidential Cruise cachet from Harry Klotzbach and the photo cachet from Crosby. Since the Klotzbach cachet is normally seen by itself, did Crosby add his cachet later?

The letter provides information about a cachet for President's Day but it is for USS Medusa AR-1 and not the cachet on this cover. As such, it is not clear that Crosby is the maker of the cachet on this cover.
