Norfolk Cover Service marking in blue and magenta. Norfolk Cover Service (NCS) was owned by S. M. Falconer who sponsored Naval covers from 1933 to 1939. His USCS membership number is 1192 and his RCD number is 53. In the NCS logo, his number are given as 1193 and 54 because of receiving the wrong membership cards initially.
