Insiders were organized September 1940 (USCS Log Oct 1940) but apparently disbanded in 1941.
Insiders were organized by: D.C. Bartley, President; Helen E. Dye, Vice Pres; Lottie Eshliman 2nd Vice Pres; May Luhta, Secty-Treas; M.B. Owens plus 13 members
M.B. Owens was cachet director. Cachets were identified with Chapter 55."
