[Note: Although the U.S. Coast Guard may use "WPB-82304" in its documentation, the identification painted
on the ship's hull would have been "CG 82304" (as seen in standard photos of the class for that time period).]
Effectively decommissioned on April 30, 1975 with the fall of South Vietnam
Presumed scrapped by Vietnam by early 1980s
Conflicting History Data
There is disagreement on the name and hull number given to the ship by the South Vietnamese Navy.
The confusion may be due to the fact that both POINT LEAGUE WPB-82304 and POINT GARNET WPB-82310 were
both turned over to the Vietnamese Navy at the same time on 16 May 1969 at the Saigon Navy Base.
The U.S. Wikipedia pages for POINT LEAGUE WPB-82304 and
POINT GARNET WPB-82310 say the following:
Point League --> RVNS Lê Phước Đức (HQ-700)
Point Garnet --> RVNS Lê Văn Ngà (HQ-701)
This matches the data from the ships' pages on the U.S. Coast Guard website
However, the Vietnamese Wikipedia page for the
Navy of the Republic of Vietnam states the opposite:
Point Garnet --> RVNS Lê Phước Đức (HQ-700)
Point League --> RVNS Lê Văn Ngà (HQ-701)
This matches the blog post

To add to the confusion, the blog post

by (I believe) Huỳnh Kim Chiến (user dongsongxua)
posted on December 28, 2017 mentions that (for whatever document they are referring to), the original names of
the ships were not recorded:
HQ700 Le Phuoc Duc, the old name is missing from the document.
HQ701 Le Van Nga, the old name is missing from the document.
For now, I will use the data from the U.S. Wikipedia pages unless/until additional supporting evidence is provided for the Vietnamese Wikipedia version.
This section lists active links to the pages displaying covers associated with the ship. There should be a separate set of pages for each incarnation of the ship (ie, for each entry in the "Ship Name and Designation History" section). Covers should be presented in chronological order (or as best as can be determined).
Since a ship may have many covers, they may be split among many pages so it doesn't take forever for the pages to load. Each page link should be accompanied by a date range for covers on that page.

Postmarks
This section lists examples of the postmarks used by the ship. There should be a separate set of postmarks for each incarnation of the ship (ie, for each entry in the "Ship Name and Designation History" section). Within each set, the postmarks should be listed in order of their classification type. If more than one postmark has the same classification, then they should be further sorted by date of earliest known usage.
A postmark should not be included unless accompanied by a close-up image and/or an
image of a cover showing that postmark. Date ranges MUST be based ONLY ON COVERS IN
THE MUSEUM and are expected to change as more covers are added.
