This section lists active links to the pages displaying covers associated with the ship. USS CARONDELET earned the American Campaign Medal, the Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, the World War II Victory Medal and the Philippine Liberation Medal during her Naval career.
NAMESAKE - Carondelet, formerly a separate village in St. Louis County, Mo., is now a part of the city of St. Louis.
Two ships of the US Navy have borne the name CARONDELET - USS Carondelet (1861 Gunboat) and USS Carondelet IX-136.
