Naval Covers

This section lists active links to the pages displaying covers associated with the ship. USNS REDSTONE earned the Navy Battle "E" Ribbon (3 awards) and the National Defense Service Medal during her Naval service.

The ships sponsor was Mrs. Francis D. Malone.

NAMESAKE - (MISSION De PALA) A Franciscan mission in California founded in 1816.

NAMESAKE - (REDSTONE) Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama.
