Rubber stamp cachet. From a former crewmember - "On 1 MAY 82 Postal Service operations transferred to the USS McKee on the adjacent pier. Sperry covers were still in use; however mail service was limited to a drop box on the quarterdeck. Our PC would hold a Departmental Mail Call daily on the Quarter Deck to distribute incoming mail delivered to him aboard McKee. Department mail POs would then deliver to respective divisions."
