This section lists active links to the pages displaying covers associated with the ship. There should be a separate set of pages for each incarnation of the ship (ie, for each entry in the "Ship Name and Designation History" section). Covers should be presented in chronological order (or as best as can be determined).
Since a ship may have many covers, they may be split among many pages so it doesn't take forever for the pages to load. Each page link should be accompanied by a date range for covers on that page.

Postmarks
This section lists examples of the postmarks used by the ship. There should be a separate set of postmarks for each incarnation of the ship (ie, for each entry in the "Ship Name and Designation History" section). Within each set, the postmarks should be listed in order of their classification type. If more than one postmark has the same classification, then they should be further sorted by date of earliest known usage.
A postmark should not be included unless accompanied by a close-up image and/or an
image of a cover showing that postmark. Date ranges MUST be based ONLY ON COVERS IN
THE MUSEUM and are expected to change as more covers are added.
>>> If you have a better example for any of the postmarks, please feel free to replace the
existing example.

Other Information
NAMESAKE - Pfc. William A. Soderman, USA (March 20 1912 - October 20 1980)
A native of West Haven, Conn. Pfc. Soderman was assigned to Company K, 9th Infantry, 2nd Infantry Division during World War II. On December 17, 1944, Pfc. Soderman defended a key road junction near Rocherath, Belgium. Under severe artillery barrage, mortar and machine gun fire, he remained at his post and successfully held off German counteroffenses by disabling three enemy tanks with a bazooka at point blank range before being wounded. Distinguishing himself by conspicuous gallantry and unfaltering courage against overwhelming odds, above and beyond the call of duty in action against the enemy, President Harry S Truman presented Pfc. Soderman the Medal of Honor during a ceremony at the White House on Oct. 12, 1945.
NAMESAKE - GySgt Fred William Stockham, USMC (March 16 1881 – June 22 1918)
GySgt Stockham enlisted in the USMC on three different occassions and served in various countries; 1903-1907 (Philippines and China), 1912-1916 (Nicaragua), 1916-1918 (France).
GySgt Stockham was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his self-sacrificial valor during the Battle of Belleau Wood in World War I and the Croix de Guerre by the French government. GySgt Stockham was assigned to the 96th Company, 2d Battalion, 6th Regiment.
USS Stockham DD-683 and USNS GySgt Fred W. Stockham T-AK-3017 were named for GySgt. Fred W. Stockham, USMC.
