Notes: Linto's name / address stamp is on both sides of the cover and thus it is tempting to believe that he was in some capacity involved in making the cachet. However, this is not Linto's style of cachet and the initials B.M. on the back (for Bob Manley) is a further indication that it is a Manley cachet.
