Towed to Annapolis MD 1912 and used as a Station Ship for the U.S. Naval Academy
William F. (Bull) Halsey was captain from 1927 to 1930

Designated Miscellaneous Unclassified (IX) July 17 1920
From 1940, employed as a Barracks Ship for unmarried enlisted personnel assigned to the Naval Academy and for the ship's captain
Placed Out of Service September 6 1957

Struck from Naval Register September 6 1957
Sold to Boston Metals Co., Baltimore, MD., for scrap
