CD-8 -- "TALL SHIPS '82" POSTMARKS (1982)
Made by collectors in the Philadelphia area for TALL SHIPS '82, a review of Tall Ships in Philadelphia during June, 1982, and used aboard six Navy ships that visited for the event. The date of the event is included in the killer bars as "June 17-21, 1982."
