"Hobby Shop, probably better known as Hobby Cover Service, of Washington, DC was operated by J. Henry Wilkins. Their first cachet was for the 1932 Washington Bicentennial (Scott 704-715), two months after the posted US Frigate Constitution cover. Their last cachet is not known, but I have one for the SPA souvenir sheet (Scott 797) on August 26, 1937. I believe that Wilkins was only interested in first day covers, not naval covers." Foster E.
