Parcel Post Killer

"Parcel Post Killer" is a generic term for a variety of devices intended only to cancel or "kill" stamps.

The following cancel is classified as Type 3as and uses a Target Parcel Post Killer

A Parcel post Box (PPB) is any rectangular or square device with the ship's name (and potentially other data).

Code PPO

A Parcel Post Oval (PPO) is any oval or round device that has the ship's name (and potentially other data).

 

The following postmark is classified as Code PPO

 

Code PPR

A Parcel Post Roller (PPR) is any device that can be rolled across a letter or package so as to produce a continuous marking with the ship's name (and potentially other data).
